Shipping Policy

Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing may take longer than the standard 2–4 business days, which will also impact your estimated delivery date. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). We offer the following service levels at checkout:

  • USPS Ground Advantage — most economical, 2–5 business days in transit
  • USPS Priority Mail — 1–3 business days in transit
  • USPS Priority Mail Express — 1–2 business days in transit (fastest available)

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping service. You will see your exact shipping cost before completing your purchase — no surprises at checkout.

Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping automatically applied at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number(s). Tracking information is typically active within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at eggie@eggiesalonstudio.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging so we can process a replacement or refund promptly.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. We hope to expand shipping in the future — thank you for your patience.
