1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or placing an order through the EGGIE Salon Studio online store (eggie.com or any Shopify-hosted storefront operated by EGGIE Salon Studio), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our online store.
2. About Us
EGGIE Salon Studio is a premium hair salon brand founded in 2020, operating out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Our online store offers professional-grade hair care products — including brands such as Kérastase and Eufora — available for purchase and shipment within the United States.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order through our online store. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
4. Products
We offer professional hair care retail products for personal use. All product descriptions, including ingredient information and intended use, are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product availability at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual product packaging may vary slightly.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods made available through our Shopify-powered checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method.
6. Orders & Order Confirmation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
7. Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at eggie@eggiesalonstudio.com so we can assist you.
8. Returns & Exchanges
8.1 General Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the exclusions below.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused and in their original, unopened condition
- In original packaging with all seals intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
8.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
- Hot tools (blow dryers, flat irons, curling irons, and similar heat-styling tools)
- Brushes and combs
- Domdom rollers
This policy exists for hygiene and safety reasons. All sales on these items are final.
8.3 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery at eggie@eggiesalonstudio.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending your item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
9. Email Marketing & Communications
By completing a purchase or opting in at checkout, you may receive promotional emails from EGGIE Salon Studio regarding new products, offers, and salon news. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly.
Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) are not marketing communications and will be sent regardless of your marketing preferences.
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
10. Privacy
Your use of our online store is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our store, you consent to the data practices described therein. We collect only the information necessary to process and fulfill your order and to communicate with you as described above.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on our Shopify store — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product photos, and brand assets — is the property of EGGIE Salon Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our store for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our online store and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EGGIE Salon Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our store will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EGGIE Salon Studio, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our store or purchase of our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our store after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
